In a change to our tradition, the conference will start at 16:45 on the afternoon of Thursday April 22nd after the training programmes and AGM have finished. Do not miss the Opening Sessions! As a result, we will start the Friday programme later, at 10:30 in order for delegates to be able to plan longer morning meetings. Carmelina Lawton Smith is a senior lecturer at Oxford Brookes University's Centre for Coaching and Leadership Development as well as an independent management development specialist and coach. She is also course director for the Coaching Connections programme which went live last year. Carmelina will be leading the first workshops based on the distance learning programme in Palma. She has agreed to answer the questionnaire!

Adapt and change seem to be particularly apt bywords for the relocation industry and its practitioners right now. In my nearly twenty-two years as a relocation professional I have experienced numerous events that have challenged our industry and tested those companies that strive to succeed as providers of relocation assistance in its many forms.
