EuRA is the Professional Body for the European Relocation Industry, and to this end, is structured to ensure that it can respond to the challenges of a diverse and vibrant market sector.
EuRA is a democratic organisation based on the principles of membership and voting rights. All Full Members of EuRA are entitled to vote on policy issues during the AGM which is held during the conference. Members can propose changes to the organistaion during this forum.

EuRA policy is drawn up by the Council of Members through a range of Liaisons who have the task of strategically guiding the organisation.

The EuRA Quality Seal Review Panel is made up of staff and Council Members who take responsibility for the development of the accreditation and audit processes.
This group meet with a selection of Members who have undertaken the EuRA Quality Seal and the auditors to ensure that the EuRA Quality Seal continues to reflect the very best in relocation service delivery.

The Membership Liaison oversees all applications for membership of EuRA.
The membership process is co-ordinated by Head Office. This takes the form of responding to enquiries for membership and administering applications including seeking refernces for potential new members. Once an application for membership is complete, it is submitted to the Membership Liason who is then responsible for approving the application. Once this approval has been given, the full council are given the opportunity to comment on an applicant before official acceptance is sent out.
The Membership Liaison is Kathryn Andrews of ABC Relocation.
There are two roles within the council which oversee the marketing and PR of EuRA.
EuRA's PR Liaison is Helmt Berg of RSB Deutschland. Helmut has the reposnsibility for overseeing the wider Marketing & PR functions of the associations and works close with;
Nathalie Gazal is the EURA Marketing Liaison. Nathalie works with Helmut to coordinate the marketing activities for our members.
Maria Manly, in the EuRA Office, is the Marketing Executive and is resposnsible for the delivery of Marketing and PR projects.
The Ethics, Discipline and Structure Committee have possibly the widest remit of any of the committees overseeing the ethical implications inherent in running a Professional Association.
This committee is responsible for overseeing any complaints made about members and responding in line with EuRA policies.
They also have an important role in proposing and designing the policies that underpin EuRA.
The Ethics, Discipline and Structure Committee is brought together from impartial Council Members when a Disciplinary issue arises.
The Training Liaison has responsibilty for overseeing the training delivery for EuRA. This role is currently held by Ileana Clapham of Clapham GmbH.
The Training Liaison is also the EuRA appointed Board Member to the EARP and is responsible for overseeing both quality control and the EARP accreditation process, so that all EuRA training reaches the EARP's prescribed quality standards.
The Conference Committee is made up of representatives from the EuRA Council and Office, invited guests and consultants.
The Conference Committee draw up the theme and programme of the Conference.
