'LONDON – [18 Dec. 2006] – Primacy Relocation, a leading provider of employee relocation and global assignment management services, today announced it has acquired Foursquare Relocation in a deal finalised on 14 December. The acquisition strengthens Primacy’s range of services and expands operations in London, Geneva, Paris and Amsterdam, a new market for Primacy. Additionally, the deal increases Primacy’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) business unit revenues by nearly forty percent and adds more than 35 relocation professionals to the Primacy team. Primacy selected Foursquare Relocation for its quality reputation, recognisable client portfolio and experienced teams.

Foursquare’s London office, opened in 2002, is located at 5 Dyers Buildings in Holborn, London and is led by CEO Kay Nemoto. It manages more than 20 corporate clients and has 12 employees. Following the initial transition, Primacy’s Sarah Collins will assume leadership of the office.
Headquartered in Richmond, west London, Primacy UK handles inbound, outbound, and in-country relocation services for the UK and Ireland, as well as comprehensive relocation management services for Europe and worldwide. Primacy’s UK office currently has 14 employees.

Caroline Moens, Business Development Manager of World Wide Relocation Services, who was in charge of the coordinationof relocation services for the past six years, has left the company due to a reorganisation within the group. Caroline has also been a board member of ABRA and has been instrumental in the development of relocation services in Europe.
Caroline is greatful for the broad experiences and projects she has managed while at WWRS and is keen to further her career within the relocation industry.
