A World First

The EuRA Quality Seal is the world’s first accreditation programme for relocation providers. This pioneering initiative provides a straight forward, cost effective audit to reflect your company’s excellence in providing relocation services.

This programme has been designed by EuRA members for EuRA members. Over the past 12 months we have worked with a group of fifteen individuals, led by Alex Éllis EuRA President, Ileana Clapham Training Liaison & Helmut Berg PR Liaison, representing all aspects of our industry from multi-national management companies to local, bespoke destination service providers to establish Best Practice benchmarks in service delivery, which have become the Methodolgy behind the programme.  We have also worked to develop the audit process with our excellent accreditation partner, DQS, who have developed a streamlined international standard to focus on both excellence in service provision and company administration.

DQS have auditors all over the world who will be trained in the specifics of the EuRA Quality Seal.Although the programme sets clear benchmarks in service provision and customer satisfaction, DQS are highly skilled in looking at the individual company with regard to the market they operate in.

Through these combined efforts we are now able to offer a credible benchmark in relocation, essential to both providers and clients alike. Over the coming years, we know that those members with the EuRA Quality Seal will become the leaders in excellence in relocation against which all other providers will be measured.
