Quality Standard Update 2010

Each year the EuRA Management Team and EQS Project Manager Martina Scharwey meet with a focus group of EQS holders in order to update the Quality Standard that forms the basis of each companies Quality Manual.

Improvement for audits taking place in 2010 include:


  • Requirement for a Training Policy and Training Manual
  • Requirement for Corporate Responsibility Policy
  • Requirement for an Anti-Corruption Policy
  • Requirement for an Environmental Policy
  • Requirement for Service Level Agreements for suppliers

Over 20 other changes to the Quality Standard have also been made to improve and tighten the requirements of the audit and management review.
