The Programme

This series of three webinars has been designed to bring participants fully up to date with the latest methods for gathering and analysing the information gathered during the RFP process.

The aim is to equip participants with the tools necessary to improve their responses quantitatively. The sessions will also help participants to prioritise and reduce the turn around time.

The first webinar will be devoted to understanding the context of RFPs, the methods used for gathering and analyzing information and the kind of processes and expectations tied to this method. The most common formats of RFPs will be reviewed along with the key challenges in answering those RFPs.

The second webinar will address how Relocation Providers can best prepare to respond. What they can do to improve their turn around time and the quality of their responses.

The third webinar will focus on pricing and dealing with the Implementation phase, managing an on-going relationship with the Client and contract reviews.

Once signed up, we will send delegates an invitation to join each seminar, 24 hours in advance as well as technical details about using the Webex online system. It is incredibly easy to use.

The cost for the series of 3 webinars will be €120 for EuRA Members.

The Speaker

Anne Claude Lambelet has over 25 years experience in outsourced relocation management as well as extensive group move and project management skills.

Anne Claude founded and ran the PME Group from 1992 until its sale in 2006. During her time as CEO Anne Claude built the group into the largest independently owned relocation management company in Europe. As such, Anne Claude has extensive experience of the RFP process from both sides.
