Gala Dinner Info

Dress Code:

Smart but not black tie - we very much hope to be outdoors for the gala so bring a jacket / wrap / pashmina in case the evening chills down.

Contingency:

If you booked late, as you know you have agreed to be in the overflow ballroom should the weather not allow for us to be outdoors.  Your delegate badge will reflect this and our team will be on hand to point the way!  The live auction will take place in the large ballroom and our team will let guests in the overflow ballroom know when it begins so everyone can take part.

Menu Choices:

Thanks to everyone who filled out the App questionnaire.  We have noted everyone who has specified a dietary requirement so please just tell your server.  Please note we cannot track individual requests to mix and match the menu, but the kitchen will do their best to accommodate so just let your server know.
