A World First

The EuRA Global Quality Seal is the world’s first accreditation programme for relocation providers and is open to all Full and Worldwide EuRA Members.

This pioneering initiative provides a straight forward, cost effective external audit to reflect our members' excellence in providing relocation services. Based on an ISO 9001 process management model, the EuRA Global Quality Seal specifies the processes and KPI's that reflect the very highest standards in relocation services.

For full details of the programme, click here.

This programme has been designed by EuRA members for EuRA members. Over the past four years we have worked with a group of members representing all aspects of our industry from multi-national management companies to local, bespoke destination service providers to establish Best Practice benchmarks in service delivery, which have become the Methodolgy behind the programme. We have also worked to develop the audit process with our accreditation partners, DQS and SGS who have both implemented a streamlined international audit standard to focus both on excellence in service provision and on process management.

Both DQS and SGS have auditors across the globe who are trained in the specifics of the EuRA Global Quality Seal audit system. Although the programme sets clear benchmarks in service provision and process management, DQS and SGS are highly skilled in looking at the individual company with regard to the market they operate in.

Through these combined efforts we are now able to offer a respected benchmark in relocation service provision, essential to both providers and clients alike. Over the coming years, we know that those members with the EuRA Global Quality Seal will become the acknowledged leaders in excellence in relocation against which all other providers will be measured.

More Information

The first step to acheiving the EuRA Global Quality Seal is to contact the EuRA Office and register with us to receive your copy of the EuRA Global Quality Standard. The Quality Standard is the document that underpins the EuRA Global Quality Seal and sets out the requirements for certification. It also acts as a guideline document for building your Quality Manual. We can also give you advice, guidance and put you in touch with mentors who can assist you in beginning the certification process. We will also give the contact details of our two audit partners, SGS and DQS. At this point you contact them directly and choose which company you wish to work with. The costs of the audit will be different depending on which company you choose, but they will each give you a full quote.  The only revenue that EuRA makes from the Global Quality Seal, is the €300 fee we charge when you sign up to be sent the Quality Standard.  When companies recertify every two years, we charge €150.  This money is ring fenced and goes towards the annual content management meeting where we review and update the Quality Standard.
