This pioneering initiative provides a straight forward, cost effective external audit to reflect our members' excellence in providing relocation services. Based on an ISO 9001 process management model, the EuRA Global Quality Seal Plus specifies the processes and KPI's that reflect the very highest standards in relocation services. EGQS holders are elevated to Premium Member status.

We asked all our members recently whether they would like to certify under the EGQS and over 75% said they would but the barriers to going forward were time and resources. As a result we have brought the whole programme in house, brought on board independent experienced EGQS+ auditors, made all audits remote (unless requested to be face to face) and therefore reduced the costs significantly.
EuRA Members who hold the EGQS+ are elevated to Premium Member status which carries many advantages.
