Associate Membership

Associate Membership of the European Relocation Association is open to relocation service providers who have been trading for less than two years. Associate Members are listed as such in the Directory of Members and on the Website. Associate Members may use the authorised Associate Member logo on their website and in their printed materials.

A relocation company is deemed to be any organisation offering a range of services designed to facilitate the mobility of individuals or groups of individuals and their families. Such services may be delivered in the departure or destination area or both. Associate Members can be based in continental Europe or Worldwide.

As an Associate Member you will be able to attend all of EuRA's conferences at member rates, exhibit at our events or sponsor them, and network with other relocation service providers. You will receive a listing in our Annual Directory, which is available for free online as well as being sent out in print to over 8,500 HR and HRO's each year. Finally, our magazine the EuRApean offers numerous opportunities for additional visibility.

Associate Membership of EuRA is intended as a stepping stone to Full Membership and every assistance will be given to you in achieving this end.

As an Associate Member, You Will:

  1. Receive assistance from the Association, should this be required.
  2. Be entitled to a standard entry in the Association's Directory and on the website.
  3. Receive the Association's Newsletter "The EuRApean" as well as the regular "EuRA Bulletin".
  4. Be invited to attend any regional, national and international meetings, seminars, conferences or any European EARP accredited Training.

Please Note That Associate Members:

  1. Are not eligible to vote.
  2. May only use the specified Associate Member logo.

Requirements For Admission as an Associate Member:

  1. To adhere to the European Relocation Association’s Rules of Conduct.
  2. To be trading or intending to trade as a Relocation Agent.
  3. To provide the names and email addresses of three customers for whom work has been carried in the last 12 months. These clients will be contacted by EuRA for references.
  4. To provide your website address.

Costs:

One off Administration Fee: - €200.00 (€200.00 + VAT = €240.00 for UK Members)
Subscription Fee (1-10 employees): - €550.00 (€550.00 + VAT = €660.00 for UK Members)
Subscription Fee (11+ employees):* - €825.00 (€825.00 + VAT = €990.00 for UK Members)
*This includes 3 registered offices in the Directory and on the website, further additional offices will be charged at €100.00 (€100.00 + VAT = €120 for UK Members) per office

The Executive Group will review Subscription fees annually.

Upgrade to Full Membership

This process is for Associate Members who have been trading for more than two years and have therefore become eligible for Full Membership of EuRA. This is a paper process and cannot be completed online.
