Analysis September 17/ October 17 / March 18

The recent EuRA Index result is slightly up compared to last month but still quite low:  it is now 116.8 compared to 116.2 last month.  The result for question 1 is up, the result for question 2 is exactly the same and the result for question 3 is slightly down.
