Olivia Bahrami, CERP™, is the Founder and Practice Leader of The RFP House, a woman-owned boutique consultancy headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The firm specializes in proposal management and global mobility consulting, and works with corporate buyers and with suppliers, including relocation management companies and service providers.
Olivia brings 16 years of proposal management experience across private and public sector procurement, along with 11 years in global mobility and corporate relocation. That dual perspective, from inside the buyer’s evaluation and the supplier’s response, gives her a strong understanding of procurement environments and the drivers behind buying decisions.
Known for a practical, results-driven and engaging approach, Olivia partners closely with clients to translate complex offerings into clear, persuasive submissions that align with evaluator expectations. She helps clients strengthen their positioning, improve proposal quality and increase win rates.
