President and Vice President's Report

As we approach the EuRA International Relocation Congress in Malta this April, we are once again reminded of the strength, energy, and collaborative spirit that define the EuRA community. Each year, the congress brings together relocation and global mobility professionals from across the world, creating a unique space to connect, exchange ideas, and explore how our industry can continue to grow and evolve together.

This year’s theme, “Driving Growth: Diversification, Partnerships and Collaboration,” could not be more relevant. The global mobility landscape is constantly changing, and our industry continues to demonstrate an impressive ability to adapt, innovate, and find new opportunities within that change.

Across different regions, our members are navigating complex environments, from geopolitical developments to evolving immigration policies and economic uncertainty. While these realities create challenges, they also highlight the essential role relocation professionals play in enabling organisations to attract, support and retain international talent.

In many ways, these developments are pushing our industry to become even stronger. We are seeing new partnerships emerge, services diversify, and collaboration deepen across the global mobility ecosystem. By working together and sharing expertise, our members are finding new ways to deliver value to clients and support international talent moving across borders.
