How do I Qualify With EuRA?

There are three certifications all of which are achieved by collecting credits for Modules you have successfully completed in the EuRA Academy.  They are;

MIM+

MIM Fellow

Q&A

Who is MIM for?

• Individuals at an early career stage in the mobility industry.
• Experienced individuals who want to formalise their expertise and experience.

What Does MIM Demonstrate?

• Candidates with a MIM Qualification have a knowledge and understanding of the Foundations of the mobility industry.
• Credit equivalent to 200 credits 

How can I Attain my MIM Certification?

• Successful completion of 4 MIM modules, which can be face-to-face or on-line
• These are;
  • Mobility Industry in Context
  • Excellence in Service Delivery
  • Managing International Assignments
  • Cultural Agility
• If you hold a current GMS Certification, you need successfully complete the Excellence in Service Delivery (ESD) Module 2 only.

Further Information

• For experienced professionals who feel these modules are not appropriate they can complete the equivalent credit in MIM+(200 credits in total) modules of their choice.
• Non-EuRA members €250 per module includes access and assessment to gain accreditation.
• EuRA members can obtain a discounted code available in members area of EuRA website which reduces the cost to €100 per module, a 60% discount.
• Can aid recruitment & enhance professional status.
• Organisations training larger groups of individuals can obtain discounted license by contacting the EuRA office. 

MIM+ How to get your MIM+ Certification

Q&A

Who is MIM+ for?

• Individuals with significant experience in the industry who have continued to develop their skills and knowledge through training and development or original research.

What Does MIM+ Demonstrate?

• Candidates with a MIM+ Qualification have built significant experience in the mobility sector and may have a specialisation in one particular field.
• Credit equivalent to 100 credits in addition to 200 from MIM, 300 in total. 

How can I Attain my MIM+ Certification?

• 2 days of any MIM+ approved training/event or conference attendance.
  • There are currently 8 MIM+ Modules in the Academy and a further 4 in the Coaching Approaches in Mobility Programme
• 2 days is the equivalent of 100 credits.

Further Information

• All EuRA Academy Courses carry credit if there is an assessment available which is completed successfully.
• If you are unsure if other courses carry EuRA approval please contact the office.
• MIM+ approval can only be awarded by EuRA.
• 100 credits can be gained from a combination of modules (50/25/10 credits elements). Experienced professionals can reach 300 credits with MIM+ modules only. 
• Costs vary and reflect size of module, usually €50-€100.

• Individuals who are in senior positions and wish to stretch their apply their knowledge and experience by drawing on research and theory to inform practice.

What Does MIM Fellowship Demonstrate?

• Candidates with a MIM Fellow Qualification are thought leaders in the industry and have contributed to professionalizing the industry through an original contribution and a case study for publication.

How can I Attain my MIM Fellowship Certification?

• Completion of an original Case Study that makes an original contribution to the profession.

• A 2500-3,500 word written case study that draws lessons from theoretical models to relocation practice.
• Best submissions will be offered the chance of publication in The EuRApean and a possible presentation slot at conference.
